How will be item be delivered?
Are prints are protected with acid-free paper before being rolled in sturdy tubes. Most of the items we offer are sent rolled, but where not possible, flat packed items are packaged between double-board cardboard for maximum protection.

How long does delivery take?
Your delivery time depends on a few things. Usually items leave our studio within 1-3 days depending on the day of the week the order was placed. Once in the hands of the courier items within the UK take another 1-2 days to arrive, Europe 2-3 days and the rest of the world approximately 3-7 days

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will be contacted by email with tracking details where applicable. If you have any concerns about your item please feel free to contact us.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
Typically we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, especially overseas due to restrictions by couriers.

How much will shipping cost?
Great news We have a flat rate shipping charge of just £ 3.49 anywhere in the world for rolled items. Our UK shipping charge for flat-packed items is just £ 7.50. Shipping charges for flat packed items outside the UK vary depending on size and destination.

What happens if my item is lost in transit or arrives damaged?
Please contact us by email at sales@crowdedgallery.co.uk and we will help resolve any issues and send out replacement items where applicable.

What is your return policy?
For retail customers, all items can be returned within 30 days for any reason. Please see our full returns policy (link on the home page) for full terms and restrictions.

I have received the incorrect item!
How embarrassing? Sorry about that. Please contact our customer support team by email at sales@crowdedgallery.co.uk so we can arrange for a replacement to be sent out.

Returns - What are my rights?
UK consumers Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 30 days from the day you receive your goods. If your order consists of multiple goods, the 30 days runs from when you get the last of the batch. This 30 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel and return the goods. You should get a refund within 14 days of either Crowded Gallery getting the goods back, or you providing evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt), whichever is the sooner. A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. The extent to which a you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop. Crowded Gallery will refund the basic delivery cost of getting the goods to you in the first place, so if you opted for enhanced service eg guaranteed next day, Crowded Gallery will only refund the basic cost. There are some circumstances where the Consumer Contracts Regulations won't give you a right to cancel. Please check online for more information about the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Trade customers and businesses are not covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Please see our Returns policy for more details.

Can I exchanges an item?
If your item arrived in good condition, but you would like to exchange it for a different item, please contact us to return and arrange a refund for the item and then place a new order.

What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa/Visa Electron, Mastercard and American Express via Paypal, as well as PayPal itself. Paypal offers an extra level of shopping security to any purchase giving customers greater piece of mind.

Can I cancel my order?
To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, have your order number available and contact our Customer Support Team by emailing sales@crowdedgallery.co.uk. We are unable to process cancellations for items that have already shipped. Please see our returns policy for such circumstances.

Can I change and order?
We are not able to add additional items to an existing order or substitute items within an order. You will need to cancel your existing order and place a new one. We have a system! And most problems occur when we much around with the system. And they call this progress!
